I agree to abide by the club’s rules and, if bringing horse/pony I am covered by Public Liability Insurance (please bring proof of valid insurance or BC membership.)

Note: No driver may enter a Shepway Harness Club event without being assessed by a BC affiliated club. In the case of a driver under 12 they must hold a Shepway Harness Club assessment.

Minium age for all horses or ponies entering our events or drives is 4 years old.

Neither the organising committee nor The British Horse Driving Trials Association / British Carriage driving, nor any land owner, nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, save for the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, accepts any liability for any damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, drivers, grooms or spectators, land or any other person or property whatsoever, whether caused by negligence, breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
The organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all officials and stewards at all times.
It is recommended that all horses/ponies entered are vaccinated.
